Flipkart has officially announced September 23, 2025 as the start date for its Big Billion Days Sale 2025. Like Amazon's Great Indian Festival, Flipkart's largest annual seasonal sale features huge product discounts.
What will be on discount?
The sale will feature:
Smartphones (like iPhone 16, Samsung Galaxy S24, and other new launches)
Electronics (laptops, TVs, headphones, smartwatches, etc.)
Home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen gadgets, etc.)
Flipkart has already rolled out a dedicated microsite within its platform exclusively for the Big Billion Days Sale, along with an updated landing page on the Flipkart app that highlights teasers and upcoming deals to build anticipation ahead of the event.
Amazon's Great Indian Festival Sale 2025 is scheduled to start on the same day as the festival, which heightens the competitive environment. The beginning day of the sale has been announced by Flipkart, but the duration has not yet been made public.
Bank Offers on Flipkart Big Billion Days 2025
Flipkart is partnering with Axis Bank and ICICI Bank to provide shoppers with a 10% instant discount on purchases made using their debit or credit cards. In addition, select categories such as electronics and large appliances will feature double discounts, combining sale prices with bank offers for even bigger savings.
Early Access for Members
Flipkart has confirmed that its Plus and Black loyalty members will receive early access to the Big Billion Days Sale 2025. While the official timeline has not yet been disclosed, last year Plus members were allowed to begin shopping a day ahead of the public sale, and a similar schedule is likely to be followed this year.
