Details of the Scheme 

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Premium Housing Scheme 2025, which will offer 327 ready-to-move-in flats via an online e-auction process. The scheme applies to the High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), and other categories in prominent locations such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, and Pitampura. 


Registration is now open, with the entire process being done digitally for increased transparency and convenience.

Registration Requirements & Fees 

Registration requirements for those who are interested include: 


  • Online registration via the DDA housing portal.


  • Non-refundable processing fee: ₹2,500.


  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), for which the amount varies per flat category.


  • The registration and EMD filing date is September 24, 2025.


  • The final application submission deadline is September 26, 2025.
