For 2025, DDA has announced a 25% discount on a number of apartments under its housing schemes, including those in Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, and Narela.
Depending on location and eligibility, this discount is available for EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG, MIG, and occasionally HIG apartments.
Construction workers, registered beneficiaries under programs like PM-Vishwakarma, auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers (with valid permits), women, SC/ST people, war widows, people with disabilities, ex-servicemen, and recipients of gallantry awards are among the groups targeted by the program.
Who Qualifies and What You Should Know
Registered construction workers, PM-Vishwakarma beneficiaries, auto/cab drivers, women, SC/ST, disabled people, ex-servicemen, war widows, and recipients of gallantry or comparable awards are among the eligible groups.
Discounted apartments are distributed on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis.
Particular attention should be paid to EWS/LIG apartments, since many of them are available at a 25% discount, particularly in Narela Sector G2 and adjacent areas with low-cost housing.
